Fitness Camps
A week of real training. Real adventure. Real connection.
A Grown Strong fitness camp is built around structure, but not the kind that feels rigid. Every day has a rhythm. A workout to start. An adventure to follow. A meal to share. And people around you who showed up for the same reasons you did.
It's the kind of week that reminds you what it feels like to be fully alive.
How a Fitness Camp Day Is Built
Every camp follows a clear daily rhythm and that's exactly the point.
Mornings start with a coached workout. Purposeful, fun, and scaled to your level. From there, the adventure takes over. Afternoons are packed with experiences that make the most of wherever you are in the world.
Evenings bring the group back together. Good food, great conversation, and the kind of easy connection that only comes from sharing a full day with people you're starting to call friends.
Structured enough to feel taken care of. Open enough to make it your own.
Fitness Camp Training - What to Expect?
Workouts run roughly 60 to 90 minutes most mornings. They're coached, varied, and always scalable.
Expect a mix of:
- Strength and functional fitness
- Bodyweight and HIIT sessions
- Partner and team workouts
- Skill sessions: like jump rope technique or beginner Muay Thai
- Mobility and recovery work
- Adventure-based fitness, obstacle courses, kayaking, hiking
No experience required. No fitness level left behind. Everything is designed to push you just enough and leave you energized for the rest of the day, not wiped out.
Fitness Camp Destinations Around the World
Grown Strong camps have taken place across some of the most exciting corners of the world and no two are ever the same.
A camp might mean coastal workouts and city exploration in sunny California. It could be cultural immersion and jungle adventure in Southeast Asia. Or a week split between a quiet coastal town and a buzzing European capital, with incredible food and scenery at every turn.
Every destination is chosen with intention. The location shapes the adventure and the structure, the community, and the experience stay the same.
