The Grown Strong CrossFit Training Camp is a three-day event in Cape Town designed exclusively for local athletes of all levels. From February 20th to 22nd, 2025, participants will train with world-class coaches, including CrossFit Games athletes Lauren Fisher, Baylee Rayl, and Rasmus Andersen. The workshop focuses on refining skills, improving technique, and gaining actionable insights into gymnastics, weightlifting, and workout strategies. With a limited group size of 30, participants will enjoy personalized attention in a supportive and engaging environment. This is more than just a fitness workshop—it’s an opportunity to grow stronger, connect with like-minded individuals, and elevate your fitness journey.
